Overview
Baldur's Gate 3 takes place in the Forgotten Realms of Dungeons & Dragons 5e following the events of 
Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn.
Since its release, Baldur's Gate 3 has achieved critical acclaim, obtaining over 200 Game of the Year Awards.[1]
