Solve Carver's missing Magister problem.
Another Magister has disappeared. Higba is off the hook.

See how Magister Bellworth's visit to Wyvlia went.
We gave Wyvlia up. Magister Bellworth is looking into it.

Quest complete.
If completing the investigation: We reported the cook's death to Magister Carver. The culprit was dealt with. The investigation is over. If eliminating Carver: Patrons of the Black Bull will continue to enjoy Wyvlia's special stew.
