Objectives

Help Stewart investigate the Magister disappearances.
Stewart, an ex-Magister, believes Higba is innocent - but has no other suspects.

Quest complete.
If completing the investigation: We reported the cook's death to Magister Carver. The culprit was dealt with. The investigation is over. If eliminating Carver: Patrons of the Black Bull will continue to enjoy Wyvlia's special stew.
