The House of Law is one of the three major houses of the Ancient Empire in Divinity: Original Sin II. Known for diplomacy and their longstanding record of political tact, many observers both within and outside of the Empire have heard their contentions against the House of War. Regrettably these two Houses overshadow its Dreamers, who ensure balance and safety of lizard society in much more subtle ways.
Overview
Tasked with maintaining order, the House of Law often finds itself responding to antics from the House of War. When its members are not preoccupied with correcting power imbalances, the House of Law is concerned with its near-endless supply of legal proceedings and regulatory tasks. Among these, the House is also charged with maintaining education and trade. Fortunately, its long history atop Capital Court is evident of exceptional skill, as the House of Law has ensured many years of remarkable stability across lizard societies.
