Take a small pot and mix vinegar with wine, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt. Take some mushrooms and trim off the ends of the stems and bad spots. Put the mushrooms into the pot with the liquid and spices then add marinade and olive oil. Place the pot in a very cool area and wait for four days...
