Ifan ben-Mezd is near the entrance of Fort Joy Ghetto at X: 208 Y: 179 . Upon recruiting him to the party, he will have a Lone Wolf Contract outlining his assassination contract to kill Alexandar. It also tells him to seek Magister Borris who instructs him to seek Zaleskar in the Hollow Marshes.
Zaleskar says he will give Ifan the weapon after defeating Alexandar.
Upon reaching Amadia's Sanctuary and talking to Exter, Ifan learns that his former boss, Roost, is in Driftwood.
