Lucian the Divine, the champion of the Gods, sacrificed himself to save Rivellon from the Void. His son Alexandar now leads the Divine Order. The Divine's sacrifice did not buy peace. The rise of the Voidwoken brought the world death, destruction, and fear. Alexandar's advisor Dallis noticed that the Voidwoken are attracted to Source. Alexandar quarantined the Sourcerers. We're aboard the Merryweather, on our way to the Sourcerer colony of Fort Joy. We are told there is a murderer on board with us.

Finn's murderer confesses.
Confessing to murder, the Sourcerer Windego implied that we had something in common with her victim. She triggered an explosion and escaped.

The Merryweather was carrying Deathfog, a poisonous gas used by the Divine Order in the last war. It is best avoided.
