Death Belowdecks is a quest in Divinity: Original Sin II.
This quest can be initiated by talking to Magister Waters in the room with the dead sourcerer on The Merryweather.
Upstairs on the second floor, speak to Magister Payde, or pickpocket the key to the stern room to gain access. Upon entering the door, you will encounter Windego and a group of Magisters. Here, she will confess to the murder, knocking you unconscious and ending the quest.
