Ralvo is an NPC found in Fort Joy in Divinity: Original Sin II. He is on the west wall of the Joy sitting at a table with Slug and Bottle Top in a game of cards. If you have The Sparkler Card from healing Dain, it may be thrown down on the table to earn 100 gold.
