Han is a human sourcerer in Divinity: Original Sin II.
Involvement
Act One
Han first appears in Fort Joy in the prisons waiting by a boat with two Magisters, Carin and Goa. The party can assist him by defeating the Magisters, and he offers to escape Fort Joy with the party using the boat.
Note: If accepting his offer, all quests related to Fort Joy will close.
If refusing, he will inform you that he will wait, but not for long. Regardless of if you meet him in Fort Joy, he appears in the Hollow Marshes in Amadia's Sanctuary. Interacting with him with Samadel initiates
