Farmlands
Tipsix is hiding in an underground cave west of Blue Boar Inn and south of the southernmost gated crops. The cave is filled with green barrels used to poison nearby farms. Tipsix is immediately hostile toward the player character.
Upon dying, Tipsix drops a key that unlocks a room in the basement of Blue Boar Inn.
