Champion of the Gods is a chronicle in Divinity: Original Sin II. The sequence and content of each chronicle vary based on party choices.

What does it mean to be Godwoken?

• The Voidwoken knew our names. They called us vermin. What could this mean?
• I prayed at an altar and found myself in the Hall of Echoes.
• My god named me its champion. I am Godwoken, with the power to bless. My god warned me not to trust other Godwoken.
• Meistr Siva of the Seekers can guide us on our quest. We must hurry to her.
• In the Hall of Echoes, my god was near death - an omen of end times. I must develop my power, become Divine - and defeat the Void.

The Godwoken ritual demands that I burn Blackroot and blood from an obsidian lancet in a special bowl, then inhale the smoke. Everything I need is in Siva's cellar.

Complete the ritual.
The ritual took me to the Hall of Echoes, where my god sought refuge in my soul. Gifted with Spirit Vision, I can now speak with the dead. I must find powerful Sourcerers who can help me master my underdeveloped Source powers; then I can claim Divinity at the Well of Ascension.
