Fenwythus is a magical entity who serves 
Goemoe's healing shrine in Aleroth.
Involvement
Aleroth
If interacting, Fenwythus asks the player character if they wish to be healed. If responding yes, the shrine offers a healing gem that can cure 
Simon or 
Verlat. The gem can also be duplicated by using a magic mirror in a pool of water. The mirror is in the Abandoned House on the far north side of town.
Unlike other characters in Aleroth, the player character is unable to trade with Fenwythus.
