After the wrecking of The Merryweather, Sebille is found crouched next to a ruined boat in the [[Fort Joy]] Ghetto. at {{Coords|183|101}}. Once talking to her she is busy with a lizard far away from her. She strangles you in surprise of being watched and she threatens you with a needle to the neck. However, the player character notices a scar on her left cheek. Here you learn that she was previously enslaved by a lizard. She is wary of you potentially alerting the lizard that had enslaved her and wants to kill you, you have the option to either make an offer to join you or defend yourself.

If interacting with her, she strangles the player character in surprise, threatening to kill them. She reveals she was previously enslaved by a lizard and is wary of the player character alerting them. The player character can defend themselves or recruit Sebille to the party.


She is described by the narrator as "an elf with diamond features: regal and radiant, but cold too, and sharper than any knife."
