Treated like Cattle is a quest in Divinity: Original Sin II. It is part of the chronicle Mastering the Source.

Objectives

Quest content may vary based on party choices.

Figure out how to turn the cows back into people.
We came across a pair of 'cows'. Humans who had been enslaved by a witch, these bovine sisters wanted to return to human form.

Find the cow reversal potion.
The witch has a potion to transform the cows back into humans.

Investigate the house.
The witch's house is empty.

Find the fugitive witch.
The witch fled west into the woods, pursued by Magisters.

Give the potion to one of the cows.
We found a single bottle of the witch's potion.

Find another way to help the cows return to human form.
One of us drank the witch's potion and turned into a cow. There must be another potion...

Find a way to save the other cow.
We gave a potion to Mabel the cow and asked nothing in return. We gave a potion to Geraldine the cow and asked nothing in return.

Brew the cow reversal potion yourself.
We learned how to brew the potion that turns polymorphed cows back into humans.

Give the cow the second potion.
We acquired another bottle of the witch's potion.

Quest complete.
If attacking the cows: The polymorphed cows have fled. If consuming the potion: The very last witch's potion was drank. If offering both potions: The polymorphed cows were restored to human form.
