Trisha's father was a Rivertown merchant who wanted her to take over the business. Although she did not initially love her partner Homer, she followed him to the Farmlands and later fell in love with him. Trisha's father did not attend the wedding. On his deathbed, he told her he despised her. Trisha believes farm life is boring compared to Rivertown, but the lifestyle is beautiful and healthy.
