Walkthrough
Migo is consuming corpses in Fort Joy Ghetto near X: 252 Y: 79 . If offering him a 
Yarrow Flower, he offers the player character 
Migo's Ring. The ring can be given to 
Magister Yarrow near the entrance of Fort Joy at X: 185 Y: 195 . She accepts the ring and rushes to Migo. Return to Migo's location to speak with Yarrow, completing the quest.
