Journey to the city of Arx.
  • As part of Operation Downfall, Justinia is shipping Deathfog to Arx. Beast may have underestimated her wickedness.
  • To stop Operation Downfall, Beast must follow the Peacemaker's cargo to the city of Arx.
  • Queen Justinia will use Deathfog as a weapon of war. We must stop her.
Lay claim to Divinity.
Find Justinia's agents.
  • Queen Justinia's agents in Arx may be persuaded to reveal her plans. The queen herself might even be close.
Confront Queen Justinia.
  • A large cache of Deathfog lies hidden in the sewers in Arx.
  • Believing war between the dwarves and the Order inevitable, Queen Justinia resolved to strike first - by destroying Arx.
