Otho Rignaforoxix is a healer in Aleroth.

Otho is a temperamental dwarf who is critical of other races. He initially distrusts the player character, suggesting that they bother "the elf" because 
Lanilor might not mind the human stench of pig flesh.
Despite his burly demeanor, Otho is treating the injured soldier 
Verlat in his house. He believes both Verlat and 
Simon will die because the healers lost their connection with the Source, which limits their healing ability. The only alternative is to use the last healing gem from 
Goemoe's shrine but both Otho and Goemoe are forbidden to cause death, even if they save a life. If they heal one soldier, the other is doomed.
Attitude
If taking herbs from Lanilor's garden without permission, Otho rushes to the player character and accuses them of stealing. 
Otho -10
The following response further decreases attitude:
- Player character: Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't realise this was Lanilor's garden. There's no sign to say so. Otho -10
If touching Ladivlak's skeleton in Otho's House, the bones crumble to dust and Otho shrieks that the player character destroyed his illustrious ancestor, Ladivlak Dragonslayer. Otho -10
If killing two of Otho's pigs, he accuses the player character of being a mass murderer. Otho -15
