Tipsix is hiding underground in a cave located west of Blue Boar Inn and south of the southernmost gated crops. The cave is filled with green barrels used to poison the nearby farms. Tipsix is immediately hostile toward the player character.
Upon death, Tipsix drops a key that unlocks a room in the basement of Blue Boar Inn.
